How to Apply

The application is a two-part process:

Part 1: Fill out the demographic portion of the application, pay the application fee, and submit your application. This process will submit your application into our system and generate an admissions checklist within your application portal.

Part 2: Submit required documentation for your applicant’s checklist.

• All items on the applicant’s checklist must be marked “complete” by January 31st.
• Applications without a finalized checklist will not be considered in our applicant pool for priority round admissions.
• One application per student, $100 non-refundable processing fee due upon completion of each application.
• Applications submitted after our priority deadline will enter our wait pool and will be considered in 2nd round admissions throughout the Spring, as space permits.

Within your application checklist, please enter the email address of the teacher you would like to complete your recommendation. For Kinder through 5th, we require a Homeroom Teacher recommendation. For Middle and Upper School, we require both a Math and English Teacher recommendation. Our system will send the requesting recommender a form to complete that will be uploaded into your checklist upon its submission.

Grade Reports/Transcripts: Applicants to grades 1st through 8th shall submit academic records from the previous year, namely a grade report. Candidates applying to our high school should upload their most recent transcript or grade report. If your student is homeschooled and does not have a grade report or transcript, we request that you upload your previous year’s curriculum list.

For students applying to our Lower, Middle and Upper School, we require an academic assessment. This assessment is offered by TSCS on two dates in January. Candidates can select a date and time that works for their schedule through our online scheduling (available through the checklist). Assessments take about an hour to complete and are conducted on our campus.

For Early Childhood candidates, we require a play and classroom readiness assessment.  This assessment is also scheduled through the family's checklist.

The family interview is the final step in the Admissions Process. Family interviews take place in February. Parents and their candidate(s) will meet with our Head of School or one of our Academic Deans. Please note, interviews are not guaranteed and are sent by invitation only.
