Strategic Plan

Dear TSCS Community,

From its founding in 2015 The Saint Constantine School has prospered greatly and been blessed with tremendous growth. As we move into the next ten years we set our sights on new horizons, faithful in our commitment to Orthodox classical education and eager to plan our future.

With a spirit of ecclesial unity and a deep commitment to our mission, the TSCS Board of Trustees initiated a Strategic Plan Project in the early spring of 2025, partnering with Orthodox Ministry Services to guide this important work. In order to ensure that our work would meet the highest professional standards the board also engaged Dr. Mitch Owen, an organizational development consultant and university administrator with over three decades of experience, and himself an Orthodox Christian.

As the project began this spring we were heartened by the richness of the conversations and the breadth of the feedback we received. These conversations brought to light our community’s highest hopes, celebrated our strengths, and thoughtfully acknowledged areas for improvement that will require our focus over the next several years. One truth emerged with unmistakable clarity—The Saint Constantine School is confident of its mission, which we hold dear, and we are committed to its lasting legacy.

As we continue the process in this new school year we invite you to walk with us, learning through dialogue how to best serve our students and their families, our faculty, and our staff, in pursuit of virtue, wisdom, and joy. Let us imagine, together, the next chapters of our story. The best is yet to come.
