A Vision for the Future

At the invitation of the TSCS board, in early 2025 Dr. Mitch Owen and a team from Orthodox Ministry Services arrived on campus to begin work with Saint Constantine community.

A Core Team of TSCS faculty and parents was assembled and together went through a carefully structured process of sharing thoughts about the school’s current state, what was working well and what was not, future hopes, and broader trends that might affect the school’s plans.

Core Team

The team was then given training that enabled them to go out on their own and conduct interviews with the larger community. Divided into four committees, each focused on a particular constituent group—parents, faculty, students, and supporters—the team spent two months recording feedback from over a hundred participants and producing a summary to share with the entire Core Team.

In April, information gathering continued. Two all-staff Town Hall meetings were held to ensure everyone had an opportunity to be heard. Orthodox Ministry Services also did interviews with twenty-one key administrators in order to better understand TSCS structures and culture.

In May, the team brought their work together and presented their consensus view of the strengths, challenges, and vision for Saint Constantine’s future. They identified six areas of focus for more detailed planning.

This Fall, new committees have been organized around each of these focus areas. They are tasked with formulating both specific goals and an actionable plan for meeting those goals.
