Elizabeth Lewis is the instructor of Middle School Science and Math and the Garden Director at saint Constantine School. In fall 2015 she graduated cum laude from University of Houston with a BS in Human Nutrition and Foods. She has 5 years of experience with all ages of children as a nanny and a tutor. Elizabeth has always loved working with children, but discovered her passion for teaching as a Sunday school teacher. She is now the Sunday school director and a Sunday school teacher at Forty Holy Martyrs in Sugar Land, where she plans classes, activities and retreats with the hope of bringing the children into an active role in their own church and spiritual lives. Elizabeth is currently finishing up her six months of Americorps service at Target Hunger where she works as the administrative garden assistant. At Target Hunger, she plants, grows and distributes the fresh produce to low-income communities as well as recruits and trains garden volunteers.
